If your delivery does not include a return label, please request one using our contact form or directly from the responsible sales partner. You should receive it via email within 2 business days.
Prepare the package for shipping. To do so, affix the return label to the relevant package and hand it over to the shipping partner named on the return label.
If shipping by parcel is not possible due to weight or volume, the goods will be returned by freight forwarder directly to the marketplace sales partner.
Please note that you cannot return products from our marketplace retailers to Zhongjing® stores.
